England 1940. A little girl stumbles across a German soldier hanging from a tree in a parachute. He only speaks German, she only English, thus making communication virtually impossible. A moment in time, their encounter, just under a tree in the middle of nowhere. Is he the meanest, most evil, man on the planet? Or is he a wounded father longing for home?
