After a devastating and inexplicable interstellar event, a working class family struggles to stay together. Under stress, Wayne and his wife Tanya argue, while their daughters Crystal and Emmy wonder if a divorce is eminent. Wayne and Crystal join his family for a memorial for a just-deceased relative while they process the terrible event.
