After meeting her tragic end in a horrific car accident, Marta's body now lies in a cold Spanish morgue. Later that night, two mortuary technicians finish their shift and prepare to leave. However, one of them chooses to stay behind in the autopsy room--his intentions shrouded in mystery. Compelled by a dark desire, the examiner grabs his Nikon camera, eager for the long, grim night ahead.
