Angels vs.militant townspeople as cyclists honor the memory of a comrade run down after being released from the local jail. Despite the peace making efforts of sheriff's daughter Connie Nelson and Deputy Frank Leo, the hour of confrontation arrives; much blood is spilled, and as Sheriff Carl Steppling bears down on head Angel Tom Baker, a bullet from Leo sends the squad car into an embankment where it explodes.
