Syrian journalist and writer Samar Yazbek accompanies this film with her thoughts and feelings, from Damascus -during the months preceding the Syrian revolution- until her exile in France, five months after the outbreak of events. On the other hand, some cartoonist and caricaturist from Egypt and Syria testify that their labor is usually arduous.
