Well off Odile Le Blanc has just purchased a condo in Vancouver's West End, one of the major selling points for the condo being the spectacular water views. But as winter turns to spring, Odile discovers that her water views aren't as unobstructed as she believed as the trees start to leaf. She takes methodical steps to regain what she feels is rightfully hers, with her actions and their aftermath shown.
