Broken Bottles
Directed by Harrison ThomasBroken Bottles is a comedy-drama short film that follows Billy Matthews, a twenty-year-old delinquent who's fallen into drunken ways, after he is kicked out of home by his mother, Julie. Wandering the streets of Portsmouth, Billy encounters Bill, a forty-year-old ex-navy veteran and a drunk who is scrounging for loose change. They both bond over their drunken antics, but as the day progresses, a secret soon reveals itself - Bill is Billy's estranged father that left him twenty years ago. This leads to a trip to the hospital, and a family reunion with Julie.
