Ex-prisoner Bruce tries to find his way back into society after 14 years of prison. A childhood filled with drugs, crime and violence has left its mark. With the support of his aunt Diane and friend and coach Lamyn, he struggles to build a future without crime. But his past is pulling him down. For the first time Bruce is confronted with his inner demons as he tries to overcome his old habits.
