CHASING THE LIGHT is a documentary following emerging photographer Liisa Roberts as she hops around Hawaii on commercial, fashion, conceptual, military, abstract, political and personal photo shoots. If you have ever thought of pursuing a passion instead of a career, then you will appreciate Liisa's story. Juggling responsibilities as a mother, military spouse and professional photographer, she tries to keep up with the images generated by her AD-HD creative engine while negotiating the emotional roller coasters that come with a deployed husband and career advancement. Beyond that is the ever-present torment of an artist plagued with a vision -- and a need to capture the images in her mind.
