Impulsive and rebellious Angelina and gifted tennis player Katya come to Moscow to compete in a major tournament with a hefty prize fund. For one, the sport is a chance to prove herself and others that she's capable of more, for the other, an opportunity to escape the problems of her past. However, the rivalry on the court quickly spills over: the intervention of older players changes the rules of the game and turns the tournament into a test of character, honesty, and commitment to one's principles.
