Outside a laundry, a Chinese man hits a police officer over the head with a basket, and then runs inside the laundry. The policeman also rushes inside, only to have the other man swing outside on the other side of a revolving door. The police officer refuses to give up the chase, but the Chinese man proves very elusive.
