Contra
Directed by Sebastián SariñanaRay, a young street basketball player, accompanies Manu, his crush, back home where they are bullied and confronted by Manu's father for their sexual preferences. Contra is a story that challenges the way that sports culture and competitiveness interact with masculinity through the eyes of a young gay man, in a lower-class neighborhood in modern Mexico City.
