Manolín is one of those almost mythological characters linked to the sand, the fire, the sea and the air, from a Marenga family tradition dedicated for decades to the hospitality industry. A man raised in the sand who was not destined to be amoragaor. Our documentary wants to be a call to recognize and enhance the best gastronomic-tourist tradition of our coast, the espeto, personified in its master of ceremonies.
