Twin brothers, Elijah and Isaiah Abels, have loved mixed martial arts from a very young age. In March of 2023, Isaiah had a heart attack during a match that left him with severe brain damage. Elijah's family has taken to the full-time care of Isaiah. Though Isaiah is not the same and the family struggles seeing him in his current condition, Elijah has been a source of light to his family and those around him. He feels like it is his mission to continue to fight and live life for Isaiah.
