Dark days of civil war and dictatorship in Guatemala led to the death and disappearance of over 200,000 people between 1960-1996. In 2012, a complaint was filed before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the government was ordered to provide reparations and produce a film about missing people. The State refused to cooperate. Spanish with English subtitles.
