"Heritage of Thrall" is first full length documentary film on Hand pulled narrate the life of these hand rickshaw puller replacing animal since British time in Kolkata. This documentary film covers the story of Hand rickshaw-pullers who normally come to Kolkata from either Bihar or Jharkhand. Many rickshaw puller have lasted their life due to tuberculosis, Asthma, Malnutrition Heritage of Thrall explain the inhuman practice which ruin the principal of a democratic nation. This documentary hints the aspect of humanity which is preserved as heritage. This documentary raise issue that any Heritage must be for the proud, if anything which is defilement on democracy must not be treated as heritage. A pulled rickshaw is a mode of human-powered transport by which a runner draws a two-wheeled cart which seats one or two people which is treated as inhuman and have been banned across the world but not in Kolkata.
