An old truck driver (Seetaram) who on a particular night picks up a girl (Manju) from the highway who is a sex worker. During the journey they strike up a conversation. A kind of bond develops between the two and by the time it is morning, Seetaram feels a paternal affection for Manju. Highway Nights is a heart-warming story that talks about the abuse of women.
