A weak teacher is bullied, and get's dumped by his own students. Meanwhile, a man in a hat comes to town under pretense of being a trade delegate for tea and salt. But he's really Ah Yen, a man who wiped out many residents of Red Clay Village, and known to play the flute whilst kung-fu fighting. The struggling teacher must gain kung-fu skills and stop the murderous Ah Wen.
