Directed by Melville W. BrownSouthern songwriter Barry Holmes (Johnny Mack Brown) comes to New York City's Tin-Pan Alley and meets and falls in love with radio singer Ruth Morgan (Sally O'Neill). They team up to write a song that will make them rich and famous, and with help from song publishers Hennan Kemple (Joseph Cawthorn) and Walter Klucke (Albert Conti), they succeed.
