Le cheval de chez nous
Directed by Claude Schauli86m[Documentary](/on-demand/category/documentary)
The only equine breed of Swiss origin, the Franches-Montagnes has always been part of the life of the country and played a major heritage role. Formerly dedicated to agriculture, stagecoach carriages and the army, it has now become a popular and sought-after horse in agritourism and leisure thanks to its easy character and maneuverability. Climate change, which is increasingly worrying, is pushing many farmers to use it again for agricultural work, vineyards and forest hauling.
