The plague is back in Naples. Among ruins and silence and entirely depopulated, the city is now beyond recognition. In this empty scenery the only survivor is a little Roma girl who found a shelter in the belly of a radioactive whale. From here she will set out on an imaginary journey to reach the fabulous "Sugar mountain" and find her missing father. During the journey, as in a dreamlike, continuous metamorphosis, other current, yet timeless stories will come to life.
