Young and connected, the Cistercian nuns of the Sainte-Marie de Boulaur Abbey, in the Occitanie region, live through their faith and from their agricultural production. In order to remain independent, they have launched the building of a modern, environmentally-friendly barn, a construction project they will be supervising themselves.
