A cheerful and thought-provoking documentary that studies the collision of two cultures. It examines what it means to be a non-religious Jew in Denmark today. A conflict arises between a Danish Jewish man (the director himself) and his Danish atheist partner, who gives birth their baby boy. They find themselves at the horns of a dilemma; is their son to be circumcised or not? This question sets the director off on a personal quest to learn more about his Jewish identity.
