Mormor og de åtte ungene (Grandma and the eight kids) is the story of Mona, 7 years, and her family that gets a surprise visit from Grandma, who secretly have traveled to the city from the old home. The family of almost eight kids lives in a small one-room apartment. The family truck gets stolen, and Mona and her Grandmother takes it upon themselves to recover the truck from the thief.
