We Are Griots
Directed by Demba KonatéMalik, Daouda's eldest son, wants to marry Mariama. But when a meeting between the two families, both originally from Senegal, is organised over a meal, Daouda discovers that they are from two very different social classes. His family is "griot"; Mariama's is noble.
