A foreigner arrives to a new city. He doesn't speak the locals' language, neither looks like them: instead of two he has several arms, like an octopus. He pretends to approach other people and often, he offers them his arms: whenever he wants, he can tear off an arm, because it always grows back. Over time, the octopus man becomes part of the city, but a day comes when he learns the language of the others.
