Directed by Amangeldy Tazhbayev1926, a small band of Basmachi crosses the border, but they do it illegally. Then a detachment of the United State Political Administration is sent to these southern borders of Kazakhstan. The detachment is headed by commander Kasymov, an experienced and courageous man. He and his team are instructed to neutralize illegal "tourists". Will this transition be the last for the Basmachi and on whose side will the truth be?
