Directed by Mikhail PogosovPolice Major Mikhail Simonov is on his usual night shift. He says little unless he has to answer calls or deal with business. That night, a powerful cyclone is approaching the city and its surrounding areas. The duty officer receives a call from Masha, who is stranded in the mountains due to severe weather. Mikhail is in contact with her and is trying to rescue her from the storm-ravaged gorge. Taking advantage of the storm, a maniac attacks Maria. Through his direct line of communication with Masha, Mikhail overhears everything and tries to save the young woman at the cost of his own life and freedom.
