Re: Uniting Ratings & Reviews
Women Write About Comics
Louis Skye (Ronita Roy Mohan)
I'm glad I watched Re: Uniting. It's not a perfect film, suffering from some first-time director blues but I loved the concept, the performances, and the incredible chemistry between the actors. And of course, those amazing lake views.
Crooked Marquee
Josh Bell
The central tragedy is so all-consuming that it crowds out all the interpersonal drama around it, even as the actors struggle to make their overwrought character arcs feel genuine.
NYC Movie Guru
Avi Offer
A warm and tender drama.
Film Threat
Michael Talbot-Haynes
With Re:Uniting, director Adkin has crafted exactly the kind of indie drama my generation needs right now as the view keeps getting wider and dimmer.
That Shelf
Julia Lennox
Overall, viewers are treated to some enjoyable snippets; gorgeous landscapes, high-stakes drama, characters working through inner turmoil. But in terms of a cohesive, memorable experience from start to finish? It misses the mark.
