This is a coming-of-age film about friendship, love, and the cycles of life. A young man is coping with trying to fit in at school and becoming a cool kid when the loss of his grandmother hits at the same time. He pushes away from his friends to hide his pain, but in the end, his friends hold him down and they all go on to succeed and end their summer knowing that as long as they have each other, they can accomplish anything.
