During the Ming Dynasty, Japanese pirates frequently invaded the waters of Jeongpabu, Ming China, and plundered the people. Hang Yeo hae, who arrived at Jeongpabu under imperial command to eradicate the pirates, discovered that the pirates were in collusion with Jeongpabu merchants.
