Tibet cannot take part in the Olympics as it is not recognised as a sovereign state by the International Olympic Committee so, in an act of defiance and solidarity, a group of young Tibetan refugees held their own. Their stories weave through the physical and emotional exhaustion of Olympic events, held in the foothills of the Himalayas in India. For them, it is bigger than the Games - it's a race for life. TEAM TIBET is a film about survival, perseverance, friendship and hope.
