The 4th Wave is a Tribeca Studios x BVLGARI short film part of a series highlighting extraordinary women who are breaking boundaries and shattering cultural norms. The film follows one woman who isn't letting her gender dictate her future: 22 year old Italian-born rapper Alessandra Prete, or 'Priestess'. Director Savanah Leaf captures her in this beautiful and gentle hybrid doc as she reflects on the people who have inspired her artistically: iconic female figures in history including her grandmother, who encouraged her to reach as far beyond her hometown as possible.
