In 1946, Jack and Betty Ragotzy opened The Barn Theatre in a small town in South West Michigan. For 64 years this summer stock theatre trained some of the top names on Broadway. Diane Ladd, Dana Delany, Jennifer Garner, Tom Wopat, James Siiking, Adrienne Barbeau, John Newton, Marin Mazzie, plus many more got their starts at The Barn. In 2010 the theatre was forced to go dark for the first time in 64 years. Word spread from New York to L.A. that it was time to act and save the place that gave them their start. in 2011 The Barn Reopened to much fanfare, but would it be enough to keep it open and continue to train 'tomorrow's stars today'?
