After the young anti-drug police officer Chen Zheng, with the alias Chen Biao, receives approval from his superior, the anti-drug captain Jiang Hai, he goes undercover in a drug production gang. He faces various tests and crises of a drug trafficker, the suspicions from the drug lord He Yuanhua, the brutal Liang Qing, and the extremely vicious drug traffickers. He remains steadfast in his beliefs. In the struggle of blood and fire, Jiang Hai sacrifices his life to protect Chen Zheng. Chen Zheng ultimately kills Liang Qing, arrests He Yuanhua, and captures the entire gang in one fell swoop.
