When Apolo invites friends Jorge, Alexandra, and Magu to his house he breaks an age-old agreement between his family and the descendants of the black-slaves who worked the property. A curse is lifted and the spirit of a mad-man is released. Sebastio and Luciano, the two brothers responsible for upholding the ritual that keeps his evil contained are killed and it falls to Alexandra, a schizophrenic, to continue the legacy.
