When 16-year-old Emilia Strus cuts her hair, her mother responds with sudden silence. Around her, nobody seems to register her presence, and Emilia begins to feel as though she's invisible. To reclaim herself, she starts putting up missing posters but someone out there seems far more interested in her disappearance than she is.
