I was diagnosed as terminally ill. My friend, the doctor, asks me. "What are you going to do with the kids?" While I was only able to think of boring things to say, the one word that came to mind clearly was, "Walk, because there is more to learn in the world anyway." The End of the Universe follows the journey home of a woman who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. As if putting his words into practice, the protagonist walks home, and the people he meets along the way offer various answers about life.
