Fabio is an introvert primary school teacher, 45 years old and lives with his mother Marina, widowed when the child was still a child. Fabio is passionate about birdwatching, an activity that ties him to childhood and to the memory of his father. Every evening he takes the dog along with his neighbor: Naima, a young caregiver of Eritrean origin. One day, with his mother traveling, Fabio decides to invite Naima to his house for dinner.
