He decides to change profession and turns to a life of killing. 13 years go by, and we find him on his last mission in Cuba. Richard makes a promise to himself to retire after this last job. Everything goes wrong when Richards last target Larry, a corrupt human trafficker and a cocaine addict recognizes him from his past life.
