The World's Youngest Nation: South Sudan, filmed on location in the Republic of South Sudan, explores the emergence of a new nation from civil war. South Sudan faces many hurdles, not only is it the world's newest nation but it is also one of its youngest, with 70 percent the population being under 30 years of age. Yet it is the youth who give South Sudan hope. Through the eyes of five Southern Sudanese youths, this documentary explores not just the politics of South Sudan but also the creativity and courage of its youth in art, music, sports and education.
