When a man's father dies the son is confronted with a lot of debt. The son's grandfather has land though, which could be sold and the proceeds used to pay off the debt, but the property is not for sale it seems. The grandfather has built an apartment on it. There are people living there one of whom is dating the grandson because she is destitute.
