When Omid is seen on top of his father's construction project, his message is very clear. He is in love with the high-born Shima, and he will give his family a week to get her sister to sign a contract allowing him to marry her, or else he will jump. His brother, the chief engineer of the project, sets about trying to secure the sister's permission, a task that seems nigh-on impossible. Top of the Tower is a heartwarming romantic comedy about the lengths people will go to for the ones they love.
