Betty Moschona (Patra, March 7, 1927 - Athens, December 6, 2006) was an actress.
She made her debut in 1952 with the Mimis Kokkinis troupe and established herself in revues, in various comedic roles. She collaborated, among others, with the Kaloutas sisters, Orestis Makris, Sofia Vembo, Rena Dor, Al. Livaditis, Koulis Stoligas and her husband Takis Miliadis. In 1966 and 1967 she became a troupe leader with Rena Vlachopoulou and Vasilis Avlonitis in a repertoire that was always commercial in the comedy field. In the period 1968-1969 she was artistic director of the troupe Assoi tou geliou at the Vembo Theatre.
From 1970 onwards, Moschona collaborated with Lambros Konstantaras, Costas Karras, Mary Chronopoulou, Nikos Rizos, Rena Vlachopoulou, Aliki Vougiouklaki. For several years, she remained in the Kostas Voutsas troupe. Her swan song in the theater was in 1998-1999, in Hal Salwin's comedy Wait in Your Headphones (at the Apothiki Theater).
In the cinema, she played in Peripteros (1970) and on television, among many others, in Epta kaka tis moiras mou (1991), with Giorgos Konstantinou, in Axiotimou kyrios (1991) and in Madame Sousou (1986).
In 2000 she was honored with the Panathenaia Theatre Award for her overall contribution to the theatre. She was the wife of actor Takis Miliadis. (Source: Wikipedia)
