Jan Becker is a German-born filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He directed, produced, and edited the feature documentary Vision Quest, a deeply personal film exploring meaning, healing, and transformation through a 10-day wilderness rite of passage. His work often focuses on the inner lives of people, the search for truth, and the emotional and spiritual turning points that shape human experience.

Before directing Vision Quest, Becker worked extensively as a cinematographer and media producer across documentary, television, and branded storytelling. He is currently developing narrative feature films through his production company, Exalted Media.
