Joseph Miller was born in April 26, 1978, in Binghamtom, New York, to Mark Miller and Patricia Ann Ritchie. He had a brother, Joshua Miller, who passed in 1998. He attended William Paterson University, receiving a communications degree in 2003 before being accepted to the American Film Institute thereafter. He passed on June 29, 2019, shortly after becoming engaged to his fiancée Christina Villalobos. Smack's filmography mostly encompasses but is not limited to his work as a cinematographer and actor, as well as working with Factory 2000 (a collaboration between William Hellfire, Erin Brown|Misty Mundae, Lilly Tiger, and himself, all of whom he worked with closely during his career).
