Claudio (Edu Manzano) struggles to keep his superiors at bay as the virus he engineered spreads at an alarming rate. Because of this, the esteemed doctor orders Delilah (Denise Laurel) and Cedric (Arjo Atayde) to produce a cure as soon as possible. Unable to turn a blind eye, Mia (Julia Montes) resolves to learn more about the epidemic to warn the public. Meanwhile, a detective zeroes in on Mia as he investigates Christina's (Meryll Soriano) death.
