While Elif is being arrested, nothing can be done by Fırat, and Güneş is brought to the hospital. While Elif believes that Fırat has reported her location, Güneş is in the hospital. Her fever never falls, she needs a miracle. Elif becomes the medicine of Güneş. However, Ümran is determined to keep Elif away from Güneş. If she fails to comply with the suspension order, she will be sentenced to imprisonment. Fırat tries all possibilities to ensure that Elif and Güneş stay together. Only one way out remains.
