Professor Ambrosio decides to go for a fly on 14 BIS along with Santos Dumont. During their ride they have their sight impaired by a strange black smoke. As they're not able to see a thing, they start landing and realize they're in the ancient Rome, that's on fire. From afar they spot Nero, playing his harp and smiling. Professor quickly plans a way to stop the fire and save the Rome population from its emperor's madness.
