Jasper is served a court summons by a rep from the Food and Drug Administration to prove that the Red Rooster pill is compliant with FDA regulations. At the same time, Jasper deals with Bubbles, a wealthy widow who relentlessly hounds him in hopes that he will ask for her hand in marriage.
